Our first visit.
We will arrive and initially look around take notes, look for the target species and non-target species. We pride ourselves in finding the how's and why's you have an issue and we will make a site survey noting entry points and other factors that could sustain pests at the location. We will then make a COSHH and environmental risk assessment. Implementing a bespoke strategy and plan dependent on the situation to include proofing if required.
Proofing service.
As the old adage says "prevention is better than the cure".
We offer a bespoke comprehensive proofing service. Very often its too late to realise you have an issue. More often than not we proof our customers properties whilst treatment is taking place . If you think you need this service or need some free friendly advice give us a call ?
Need a contract?
We work with shops, food production environments, pubs , hotels, guest houses, agricultural premises (farms and small holdings), residential care homes, private residence and letting agencies but to name a few. If you require a contract as a requirement of your business for example you are working with the farm assurance scheme or you have regular visits from environmental health etc. We have bespoke packages to suite your tailored needs. You will be supplied with a file that you keep at your premises which is updated with a report on each visit made ,for inspection at any time. If you don't no problem you will benefit from a discounted price.

I have a wasp nest and have tried several products but none seem to work, can you get rid of them?
Yes we can we have a full range of products and equipment to deal with wasps, we also guarantee if they are not gone within 24hrs we come back and treat again for free.
I have a problem with ants and have sprayed them but they keep returning can you help?
Yes the problem with spraying is it will kill the immediate ants it comes into contact with and will also disperse the rest. We occasionally spray ants but we have the correct tools for the job, what we prefer are gel baits that the ants return to the nest with and in turn expose the colony to the active ingredient. Ants can be difficult to treat even for the professionals.
The equipment you leave behind for my treatment does it belong to me?
No all equipment we leave behind for the treatment process is on loan and will be removed once treatment has concluded. But if you wish to purchase the equipment it is possible.
I have had to call an electrician who has told me my wires have been chewed through, why has this happened?
There are a couple of reasons why your wires have been chewed, rodents (mice, rats and squirrels) have constantly growing incisors which need to be worn down so some thing hard wearing they can chew on to wear their teeth down is very attractive. The sheath of the cable is more often than not made from vegetable oils which they find edible and the frequency of the electric also attracts them. Hope this helps?
Do you use toxic chemicals around the inside of a house?
No we only use approved safe chemicals, but we will ask you to remove certain items like animal bedding and toys also children's toys and cover fish tanks etc depending on your scenario.
Do I need to take out a contract with you?
No not at all we can deal with most problems in a one off visit, but if you are a private residence and want regular visits as a preventative measure we can arrange a bespoke package that meets your needs.
